Dr. Yosi Ben-Dov
Dr. Yosi Ben-Dov Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Yosi Ben-Dov joined Time To Know in 2008. Before joining Time To Know, Yosi was the CEO of Schema, a Wireless Optimization company and a Vice President at Amdocs, where he managed an internal start-up that grew from 30 people to 300 people in less than two years.

Before that Yosi was a Co-founder and President of Carmel Biosensors and Managing Director at Prudential Securities Financial Services Group. Yosi was a Professor of Statistics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Visiting Professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Yosi holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.

Shalom Passy
Shalom Passy Chief Operating Officer

Shalom Passy joined Time to Know in February 2011 as Chief Operating Officer leading the Company’s Product, Content and Global Operations groups.

Formerly, Shalom served for over 20 years in various senior management positions at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), a $3B world leader in telecommunication and media, most recently as Executive VP of the Solutions Delivery Group and Global Operations with over 7,000 employees. Shalom was also a member of the Amdocs management team from 2005-2010.

Shalom graduated from Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program for executives in 2010.

 

LaVerne Srinivasan
LaVerne Srinivasan President, North America

LaVerne Srinivasan became President, North America of Time To Know in 2011.

She previously served four years as Deputy Chancellor of Operations for the New York City Public Schools and four years as President of New Leaders for New Schools.

While at the New York Department of Education from 2003 to 2006, Srinivasan led an initiative to re-design the Division of Human Resources into a strategic function in service of the district’s human capital strategy, oversaw the creation of a student enrollment planning and operations office, and launched a parent and community engagement initiative.

During her tenure at New Leaders for New Schools, Srinivasan ensured the organization focused on efficiency, effectiveness and innovation. She redesigned the group’s vision, mission and goals, and developed a five-year strategic plan to guide expansion.
Her interest in education began as an undergraduate, when she launched a summer program for Boston youth. She is also a board member of the Young Audiences New York and Chappaqua Schools Foundation.
In addition to her educational leadership roles, Srinivasan has more than 15 years of experience in business management and legal counsel. She has a law degree and bachelor’s degree from Harvard.
Louise Dubé
Louise Dubé Vice President of Marketing

 Louise Dubé joined Time to Know as Vice President Marketing in March 2011. She oversees global marketing and product management.

Ms. Dubé has over 17 years of experience marketing and developing educational technology for K-12. She worked extensively with schools to expand the use of innovative digital solutions to close the achievement gap.

Ms Dubé started her career as a co-founder of CASES – an alternative-to-incarceration program for youthful offenders in New York City where education helped re-shape lives. 

 Ms. Dubé joined Soliloquy Learning in 2002 where she oversaw Product Management for the Reading Assistant - an innovative guided oral reading coach using speech recognition. Ms. Dubé became President in 2007. Soliloquy Learning was sold to Scientific Learning in 2008. Ms. Dubé served as VP, Product Management at Scientific Learning until 2009, and then as President of Pangea Tools, a publisher of interactive tools for the K-12 publishing industry.
 Ms. Dubé is deeply committed to using technology and innovation to improve education and boost student achievement. Ms. Dubé holds a law degree from McGill University and an MBA from Yale University. 
Joshua Behar
Joshua Behar Senior Vice President and US General Manager

Joshua Behar joined Time To Know in 2008 and was promoted to Senior Vice President and US General Manager as of May 2010.

Previously he was COO and one of the founders of Amdocs Management Consulting division who grow into 1600 consultants in 38 countries in less than 4 year. Prior to that, he was Corporate VP & Head of Worldwide Sales at Amdocs, a $1.5 Billion, 11,000 employees company at the time. He was also VP North America Sales for Amdocs. In addition, Joshua held various management positions in the information technology industry.
Joshua holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
 

Dr. Dovi Weiss
Dr. Dovi Weiss Chief Scientist

Dovi Weiss joined Time To Know in 2004 as one of the company's founders. Dovi is responsible for the pedagogic vision and strategy, as well as for the concepts and methodologies that are the building stones of the unique Time To Know pedagogic approach. As the Chief Scientist of Time To Know is also responsible for the company's innovation.

Before that he served as CEO at e-nnovate, a developer of online knowledge management technology, and as head of high tech innovation at SIT Ltd. which uses Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) in order to help organizations to be more innovative. Prior to that, he was head of interactive training & learning products at Onyx Interactive. Dovi holds a Ph.D. in mathematics and science teaching from Tel Aviv University, and holds an M.Ed., specializing in Educational Technology, from Boston University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton-Recanati Business School, Tel Aviv University. He is a graduate of the Mandel Institute for educational leadership and was named one of Israel's 50 most influencial people in education in 2010.

Becky Bordelon
Becky Bordelon Executive Director of Instruction and Learning, North America

Becky Bordelon joined Time To Know in 2009 and was promoted to Executive Director of Instruction and Learning as of May 2010.  Becky is responsible for the North America professional learning program.

Previously she was the Regional VP of Sales for Compass Learning, Sales Director at Riverdeep/Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Learning Technology, and Regional Director of Professional Development at Lightspan Inc. Additionally, Becky spent over 15 years in public education with duties ranging from classroom teacher, special education coordinator, and campus and district level administration. Becky holds a BA degree from University of Southwestern LA, an M.Ed. in Special Education from The Citadel and an M.Ed. in Administrative Leadership from Trinity University.
