Title: Instructional Coach
Job Description:
An experienced K-8 educator with substantial coaching and training background within a school setting, responsible for providing pedagogical and technological training to classroom teachers and faculty. The instructional coach will plan effective PD sessions, train, and improve the overall experience with a digital teaching platform.  

Job requirements:  

• Strong pedagogical background in Math or ELA content areas, and adult learning principles.
• Advanced degree in curriculum and instruction, reading education, mathematics education, educational administration, or educational psychology.
• Extensive experience in elementary public school education.
• Definitive track record of successful teacher training.
• Personal drive, enthusiasm, commitment, and a true will to succeed.
• High level of comfort with computer-based digital learning environments.
• Polished and professional presence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong personal skills and the ability to work with educational professionals from diversified backgrounds.
